Getting Started
Immediately after signing up, we ask that you complete our online Introductory Start-up Survey. This is a handful of simple questions that will help us start the relationship off on the right foot! Based on your responses, you will be contacted (via the medium of your choice and at your conveinence) by the Virtual Assisant assigned to you at which time they will provide you with their direct toll free number and email address.

Requesting Tasks
Requesting tasks is as easy as sending an email or making a toll free phone call; whatever you are most comfortable with. Once received by your VA, they will estimate the required Time-On-Task and post it to our online project management software, where you will be able to securely view the status of your project.

Solution Blocks
Solution Blocks must be purchased in advance. A Solution Block is 4 hours worth of Time-On-Task productivity. Tasks are completed in 15 minute increments. Partial Solution Blocks can be purchased should an estimate exceed your remaining purchased time.
